SAD...............

tomorrow my fridge and deck table/chairs will be gone. I have a few things to sell on Craig's List, then a week in Maui before moving back to MN. When we moved to KS, almost 8 years ago, I always said I wanted to go back "home" to MN...but HOME is KS now. I do not want to leave my kids...DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT want to leave my kids here...not to mention friends as well.

Graduation Tshirt Quilt

This tshirt quilt is for my niece and goddaughter for her graduation gift. I sure hope she likes it! I just LOVE making these types of quilts because of the individuality of each and every one of them!

Girl's Night at the "K"

Tonight was "Girl's Night at the K"...Kaufman Stadium, home to the KC Royals. From left to right: me, Nancy, Denise, and Carla...What a BLAST!!! It was my bday celebration with the girls!

There was a contest for "Fan of the Game"...I was one of 2 people to compete on the big screem

YEP...ME! I got a $25 gift card to a local grocery store and coupons for some free bottles of marinade! YES!

College Graduate

Well, last Saturday was my birthday...but more importantly, our 3rd child, Kevin, graduated from college! Our one and only college grad and it was a super day! Don't we look happy???

Last but not least...Kev at the NICEST dinner he's ever been at. He's gnawing on a prime rib bone even though I told him it was NOT the type of restaurant to do that in! LOL...he said, "Mom, I can't leave this meat on the bone!" OK...he got me on that one!
